ADDITIONAL SERVICES

On top of the basic full livery package the following services are available at an additional cost.

Schooling and exercising

This can range from lunging, schooling on the flat or over jumps with an experienced, professional rider.

Backing

Staff at Shotfield have experience in backing and bringing on young horse, they are more than happy to work with horses on their own or work alongside the owner.

Competing

Shotfield riders have competed in a variety of disciplines and up to foxhunter and 1.30m level in showjumping. They are happy to take on any horse to compete and can help prepare a horse for sale.

Grooming services

This can range from daily grooming to mane pulling to plaiting up and show preparation, and will always turn out to the highest standard.

Clipping

This including all services from trimming to a full clip.

Training

UKCC level 2 coach Jessica Conway, who is qualified with British Show jumping can provide training at Shotfield. She is fully insured, health and safety and child protection trained. Coaching can be provided both on flatwork and jumping to riders on their own horses ranging from complete beginners to affiliated competitors.

Attending vet and farrier visits

We are happy to arrange visits with our farrier or vet for you or you can use your own.

Rehabilitation after injury or illness

Staff at Shotfield have experience working with horses recovering from injury.  We can help rehabilitate your horse from hand-walking to full work.
